Labor Day weekend
With Monday being Labor Day, I'm enjoying another long weekend with perfect weather in California.
As the tradition requires I'm having a barbecue. Using a few great hints from Alton Brown , my steaks are now jucier than ever with even more of that great flavored crust, and with some grilled asparagus, salad, fresh garlic bread and some cool drinks (vodka and lemonade!) I am one happy camper.
