Well, for some reason these debates seem to only turn up right around election time. A couple of people get all up in arms about it, just to abandon the topic a few weeks later. Most of us probably remember the debacle in Florida 4 years ago, everybody i talked to seemed to agree that changes will have to be made to the system, but nothing ever happened.
